3.1 The Site provides information about our professional services, booking information for online consultations (telehealth), and links to third‑party sales channels where applicable. 

3.2 Nothing on the Site creates a practitioner‑client relationship. Professional services commence only after a confirmed booking and signed intake/consent.

3.3 Where applicable, any clinical, professional or therapeutic services provided are governed by separate service agreements or client intake forms; these Terms cover only the use of the Site itself.

Telehealth sessions are subject to limits (connectivity, confidentiality risks).

This service is NOT an emergency service — if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

By booking you consent to telehealth under the terms in the client intake/consent form.

Sessions must not be recorded without prior written consent.

• Fees: Any applicable fees will be shown at booking or on the invoice sent to you.

• Payments (current): The website does not currently process payments online. Fees for appointments, services or products are handled by invoice, bank transfer, or another mutually agreed method communicated by email/phone. Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice or by our team.

• Future updates: When we enable online payments via the website, this section will be updated to list payment providers, accepted methods, refund policies and any transaction fees. We will publish the updated Terms and notify affected users as appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
