Eve Florou is a multicultural psychotherapist, writer, and speaker whose Greek, Australian, and Brazilian heritage shapes a unique and integrative approach to mental health. As the creator of innovative therapeutic projects, she weaves together virtues, neuroplasticity, and deep integrative processes—connecting personal biography to life purpose.
With her biggest interest being the neurodivergent mind and its comorbidities, Florou offers counseling and psychoeducation through a deep, global and holistic lens. Rather than focusing on deficits, she highlights cognitive strengths, the emotional depth, and intuitive intelligence—guiding each client through a journey of self-discovery and transformation, helping them becoming their best versions.
