Apps & Tools

Living with neurodivergence isn't about fixing something—it's about understanding yourself better and finding strategies that work uniquely for you. Here, I've collected apps, resources, and tools that have been helpful in my practice and recommended by neurodivergent individuals.

These aren't one-size-fits-all solutions, but gentle companions on your personal journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Each recommendation comes from a place of compassion, recognizing that every brain is beautifully different.

Explore, experiment, and most importantly, be kind to yourself along the way.
