Hello

I’m Eve Florou, a neurodivergent psychotherapist and counsellor (gifted with traits of ADD), psychoeducator, shaped by Greek, Australian, and Brazilian roots.

My journey began with a deep fascination for the human soul and its struggles and strengths, always passionate about the virtues, which I deeply explored while nurturing the growth of my children. Diagnosed with giftedness in midlife, I’ve spent years diving into my own psyche through a deep psychology approach, unraveling inherited patterns and embracing my unique wiring transforming it in my deepest strength.

With a background in law and nearly a decade of experience in deep approach psychotherapy and counselling, I’ve been informally sharing emotional insight for over four decades. As a twice-immigrant, I carry a tapestry of cultures that enriches my work and fuels my passion to support others.

I offer a therapeutic space grounded in compassion, clarity, and depth—guiding individuals toward self-discovery, emotional integration, and empowerment through psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and soul-rooted reflection and development.

Approach

My work blends integrative counseling with a compassionate and neuroinclusive lens. With backgrounds in both psychotherapy and law, I address neurodivergence, giftedness, and high sensitivity through the pillars of virtues, neuroplasticity, and depth psychology. I guide individuals and groups toward self-knowledge and emotional integration, helping them access their unique inner strengths and live with greater alignment and purpose.

"To make complex concepts more accessible and support the creation of new neural pathways and dynamic transformation, I’ve developed tools like The Multidimensional Guide for the Neurodivergent — a therapeutic deck designed to foster awareness, empathy, and neurointegration in everyday life."
